Penns Barn is set in 30 acres just outside Totnes in Devon.

Built in 2009 this impressive purpose built facility accomodates an american style barn with 12 X 12 Monarch stables with rubber floors, 2 wash bays outside a horse walker, an 80 X 35 arena and plenty of turnout.
