With the construction of their new competition and livery yard, planned for early 2009, Justin and Beth have high hopes for the year ahead.
Justin is planning on competing in some Tours abroad in 2009. He will also be competing on the County Circuit with Retro, jumping Trials and the Renault Series of Showjumping. “S.H. Bally Zack” and “China Girl” will be introduced to the County Circuit whilst also jumping some 7 year old Qualifiers and the all important Foxhunter Regional Finals.
“White Star” will jump at Hickstead in July at the Royal International Horse Show, competing in the Main Arena. Along with “S.H. Bally Carintino”, “White Star” will be jumping the 6 year old qualifier and Newcomer Regional Finals. If all goes well, then there could be the opportunity for “Bally Zack” and “Bally Carintino” to try and qualify for the World Young Horse Finals in Lanaken. Made possible as both are British bred by Annette Allen.
Justin and Beth will also continue to compete locally in the South West with the horses they have in the yard to bring on or sell.
2009 will also see the construction of Justin and Beth’s new yard and training facilities. As well as basing his competition horses and personal training here; there will also be a livery yard built that will benefit from the facilities the competition yard has to offer. The livery yard will be open to people wishing to train with Justin and to those who wish to have occasional lessons. It will be a great opportunity to those with their horses based there to be on the door step of an international rider and trainer.
